Representative Jim Decesare of Bowling Green is a great friend and fellow conservative.  Both have been named by the Club for Growth as two of Kentucky's top legislators.  In the background is Rep Jeff Hoover, House Minority Floor Leader. Representative Floyd was elected by his legislative peers to be House Minority Whip for 2009-2010.
